We raise grass-fed beef in Salisbury (Lakeville) CT. Our cows eat only grass and hay for a healthy flavorful meat that is lean, yet high in omega 3 fats. No hormones or antibiotics are used. The beef is dry aged for full flavor and tenderness, then vacuum wrapped and frozen for freshness. Our store is here on the farm and open year round on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 to 4:00 or by appointment. We also sell seasonal vegetables, free-range eggs, and our own natural pork. We are now Animal Welfare Approved and certified by the American Grassfed Association.
