White Ginkgo Apiary

White Ginkgo Apiary is a small, family-run bee farm, with hives located in Monroe Township and Peapack-Gladstone.

Our bees are maintained using IPM (Integrated Pest Management) methods, with no hard chemicals applied to hives at any time. We do not feed HFCS to our bees.

We sell only fresh, unheated, minimally-processed local honey.

We are proud to offer a variety of handcrafted beeswax soaps, made with fresh, chemical-free wax. Custom orders are gladly accepted.
