White Oak Pastures Organic Farm

White Oak Pastures Organic Farm, is a small-scale diversified vegetable farm located in Bluffton, Georgia. We raise everything from seed, and grow it all by hand, using fertility produced by our own livestock raised on certified organic pasture.

We're excited to offer some CSA options in 2012 featuring diverse selections of our meat and poultry, certified naturally grown vegetables, and multi-colored eggs from our free range heritage breed hens. (To learn more, please contact Farmer Tripp.)

We are fiercely committed to the well being of our land and our animals. We honor that commitment by treating our resources and our animals with the dignity and respect they deserve. For our animals, this respect extends from before birth to the very day of slaughter. We are the only farm in the United States that has both a beef and chicken abattoir on the property. There is only one other beef farm in the country that has a USDA-inspected on-farm processing facility, located in California. The uniqueness of these two enormous investments demonstrates our family's commitment to our program. We have chosen to walk the walk.

White Oak Pastures' beef and poultry are Certified Humane. White Oak Pastures' poultry is Step 5 rated by the Global Animal Partnership, and the processing plant is Animal Welfare Approved.

Please take time to consider seasonal participation with our CSA, or visit our website to learn more about our farm and submit direct orders shipped to your home. www.whiteoakpastures.com
