Salmon is topped with fine ground pepper mix then covered in corse ground black pepper prior to smoking. Weight approximately 2.5lb.

Our fish are smoked to perfection using the best of traditional and modern technology. We use the finest spices, natural flavors and Wisconsin hickory wood.
The smoked fish contains no artifical preservatives and is a perishable food. When not frozen, it is recommended that the product be stored at a temperature of 38 degrees Fahrenheit for 21 days or less.
The vacuum pouch freezes well but we recommend that frozen product be stored in a freezer for six months or less.
