We have had a number of requests for recipes to smoke our geese. Due to popular request we have gone "one better" and now offer 6-8 lb. sugar cured and lightly hickory smoked "Whole Free Range Goose"
Try a Small (4-5 lb) or Regular (5-6 lb) Whole Smoked Goose or our 2 Small Smoked Goose Combo for a lot of goose and a smaller freight bill.
Smoked geese are shipped frozen, fully cooked and ready to eat either thawed or heated. They are a great addition to a Holiday buffet or formal dinner.

To assure product quality, all frozen geese are shipped via UPS or Federal Express 2nd Day Air. Please include the date on which you would like to receive your order when entering orders. Product can typically be shipped on Monday or Tuesday following receipt of order (please allow 48 hours for order processing) For special shipment options such as expedited or weekend delivery please contact us.
