Wild Goose Bakery is a locally owned and opperated bakery that sells fresh hand crafted bread at local farmer's markets and to local co-ops.
All our products are Organic-As-Possible, which means that if we can get an organic ingredient that is cost effective and/or local, we do. For our yeast breads, we grind our own organic & chemical-free wheat berries, use raw honey instead of sugar, if white flour is used, it is organic (Rocky Mountain Milling), and never use preservatives. Our sweet breads, muffins and cookies have some whole grain flour, have organic white flour and organic sugar; we never use mixes, chemicals, corn syrup, anything artificial or anything unpronouncable (in anything we do).
We believe in supporting local and regional agraculture, so we try to keep our ingredients as local as possible ... within a half-day drive.
