We use a mixture of fresh picked wild grapes and vine-ripened organic Concord grapes (picked at a local orchard) to create this superior grape jam. We cook the grapes to release the juice and flavor. Then, we put the fruit through a sauce maker to remove the skins and seeds. We use this pulp to make our jam. It is full of fruit and vitamins and has no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. You cannot get a flavor filled jam like this at your local grocery store.
