These Peach & Tomato scatter pins - approx. 1" dia. - are hand-formed, painted, glazed & fired 3 times. Each set (1 peach + 1 tomato) is unique. They're made from terra cotta clay dug from a natural deposit near our potato patch. Our area used to be known for its brick factories & because of the natural red clay deposits, many of the small towns around here are home to buildings of red brick made from locally mined clay. Wildgirl® Jewelry is made in the small ceramics studio next to our farm house.
