e over 15 different varieties of garlic, ranging from mild flavors to "hot". When scapes come on in the early summer, we also offer homecrafted Garlic Scape Pesto in several varieties including Pecan, Sunflower Seed and Walnut. We LOVE to talk about garlic, please feel free to ask!
We also offer butcher chickens and butcher rabbits, free range Muscovy duck, eggs, tomatoes and various other produce in season, and have a few berry patches including blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. We have several fruit trees including Peach, Apple, Apricot, Cherry and Plum. Nut trees include Chestnuts and both English and Black Walnuts. We have fresh goats milk available, and occasionally make cheese for the lactose intolerant. We are in the process of increasing our bee hives, and anticipate honey in the next season.
