Willow Spring Ranch Montana is devoted to producing the healthiest, most mild and tender lamb available. Raised in the mountains of southwest Montana, our lambs grow quickly on rich, green summer pastures and their mothers' milk. That's it - never any hormones, antibiotics or chemicals - just good organic, grass-fed nutrition.
We concentrate on english and icelandic breeds of sheep, and have developed a careful breeding program. Our sheep are medium framed and very lean with mild flavor. We sell gourmet quality cuts to restaurants, caterers, select groceries, and also market directly to consumers in the region and nationally via the internet. In addition to the excellent meat quality, our sheep have great wool characteristics and provide a sustainable source of raw material for our felted rug designs and as organic fleeces for hand spinners.
