Winter Squash Cooking Basics
Join together with local foodie extraordinaire Jess Meginley as she introduces us to that well keeping cold weather staple...the winter squash! Jess will give us an overview of the many varieties of winter squash and teach us how to work with, roast, whip, and make tasty dishes from these sometimes intimidating beauties. There will be plenty of sampling and each participant will take home their own winter squash to get started. Class fee is $20.
