Unconventionally Grown Specialty Produce. Focusing on micro varieties of salad greens; Buckwheat, Sunflower, Purple Radish, Hong Vit (radish), Ruby Streak (mustard green), Tat Soi (Asian Mustard Green), Red Mustard, Mizuna, Kale, Corn Shoots, Micro Mesclun, and a handful of others Seasonal produce such as Heirloom Tomatoes, Squash Blossoms, Carrots, Watermelon Radishes, Sweet Turnips, Adirondack Blue & Red Potatoes, and plenty more. Occasional seasonal fruit depending on harvest, like Raspberries and Apples. Like most small farm operations the availability of each item depends on the conditions we grow in. We try to be consistent with our selection of micro-greens and Mesclun but make no guarantees that we will have them at every market.
