We are a family farm in Southeast Kansas that has been raising cattle since 2006. In 2009 we dedicated all of our acreage to grass so we could convert to 100% grassfed operation. We are dedicated to providing beef that is healthy, delicious and free of toxins. The animals are allowed to graze our pastures on a rotation which improves pastures without having to use artifical fertilizers or chemicals. We are offering beef by 1/4, 1/2, or whole in limited quantity and during spring and summer months only. We raise Angus cattle and only harvest animals that have been gaining weight on fresh green grass to ensure a product that is tender and delicious. We have not paid for any special certification programs because making a profit on a farm is hard enough without added expenses. We welcome your questions and/or farm visit by appointment, and can offer references.
