We market beef and pork in the fall and occasionally late spring. Our animals are humanely raised with no hormones or antibiotics. Beef is sold by the half or quarter, cut, wrapped and frozen. Pork is sold by the half. Sign up by September 1 to receive a processing sheet and informational letter for the year or any time to receive a sample letter and processing sheet from the prior year.
