Witt Farms is located in the rolling hills of Green County, WI. We raise Simmental and Angus crossbreds in order to produce a lean, flavorful meat. Our animals are fed a forage based diet consisting of hay silage and corn silage. They are not given any antibiotics or hormones and are not "finished" on a corn diet in order to fatten them quickly. Our beef is available by the quarter,half or a mixed 25lb assortment.
We also grow fruits and vegetables available for purchase as an assortment.
