Wolf Creek Farm provides our local customers with tender & flavorful grassfed (no corn or other feeds, just grass) natural (no antibiotics or artificial growth hormones) beef produced through our sustainable farming practices that provide integrated stewardship of our soils, water, grasses, herd genetics, and animal welfare. A family owned and operated farm, Wolf Creek Farm has been recognized as the "Conservationist of The Year" by the USDA's Culpeper Soil & Water Conservation District and the Natural Resources Conservation Service. We continuously improve our healthy soils through the use of only natural amendments without chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides. Our soils support a mixture of grasses and legumes, which provide our animals with year-round, rotational pasture grazing. All riparian ways are fenced-out, ensuring our animals always have fresh water and the water leaves our farm pure for those downstream.
Wolf Creek Farm husbands a closed herd of Black Angus and Red Devon genetics, selected for their adaptation to our environment and their ability to maintain themselves on grass alone, while raising strong calves. Pastured year-round on rich soils, diverse forage, and clean water, our cattle thrive without the use of antibiotics or synthetic hormones. Our closed system (we buy no calves or hay from outside farms) enables us to ensure the quality of our grassfed natural beef and maintain our American Grassfed Association certification.
We produce Natural Beef. All beef is born and raised on our farm, under our animal husbandry with our sustainable practices. We use a local, artisanal, USDA inspected abattoir for humane slaughter. The meat is dry-aged for 21-28 days, in the traditional manner, to enhance flavor and tenderness. Individual cuts are then vacuum packed, flash frozen, labeled, and made available for retail sale off the farm. Our natural, grass-fed beef provides an excellent and tasty source of protein while being lower in fat and calories, higher in Omega-3s and other antioxidants, higher in Vitamin E, and provides a CLA bonus.

Beef is available by individual cut or in quantities of quarter, half or whole. Wholesale pricing available for customer's purchasing a minimum of $1000 per month. Delivery within 50 miles of the farm available for orders of $1000 or greater. Pick-up at the farm also available.
