Woodcrest Farm

Woodcrest Farm is the name which has been applied locally to our farm for over 70 years. We are redeveloping the farm to produce vegetable crops, culinary herbs, pastured poultry and eggs and eventually, a goat cheese operation. This year (2007) we are making the transition from a large (1/2A) kitchen garden to a commercial vegetable operation (~4A). We will use organic methods to the maximum extent possible, but will use integrated pest management techniques when necessary to augment production. We'll sell our products at local farmers' markets, directly to restaurants, and directly to individuals at our farm.
