Welcome to Woodland Mist Alpacas. Our farm is located in Berlin Center, Mahoning County, Ohio. When the early morning mist rolls off the fields and lakes surrounding our farm, we are extremely grateful that we have these wonderful, majestic, spirited animals with their peaceful humming in the background. Our primary goal at WMA is breeding for fiber fineness and quality with Peruvian/Accoyo genetics. Each year we take the alpaca fiber and have it spun into skeins of yarn from a fiber mill located in Ohio. I really enjoy taking the white skeins and hand dying them into wonderful colors. We have a store located on our farm that stocks our own yarn - natural or hand dyed, yarns from Peru, along with gloves, scarves, shawls, etc.
