Our ranch produces fresh 1/4, 1/2 or whole natural, grass-fed beef in a low stress enviroment. We raise Angus x Hereford cows bred to Registered Angus or Hereford bulls. These crosses produce a better than average cut of meat because of the finishing size and marbling of the animal. Other than hay they are on grass pastures spread out in Cass, Todd and Wadena counties. We vaccinate for common diseases, no hormones or antibiotics are used.
