Yankee chickens are allowed to forage for food and bugs all day long, every day and also fed a SOY FREE home prepared mix made from a variety of grains, seeds, sprouts and micro greens of: peas, wheat, corn, oats, barley, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, fish meal, alfalfa, brewer's yeast, kelp, organic minerals, and Celtic sea salt. Ingredients vary based on availability. Except there is NEVER any soy in the feed! There is a SELF-SERVE Egg Station open 24/7 for your convenience. Eggs are packed, priced and in the refrigerator waiting for you. A very limited supply of Pure,Raw, Unheated, Minimally strained Honey is available now (Sept 2010) Yankee Acres is located on Honey SIgn Dr which is half way between Albany and Lebanon just off Route 20.
