Large , heirloom melon from the Amish community. It has a dark green rind with the characteristic moons and stars on the melon . Inside, is a firm yellow flesh that is delicious . The vines also have the speckled stars on the leaves .
This is a large old fashioned melon with light tan seeds. It is very productive .The color is lovely in contrast to other melons in a fruit salad .
