In 2010, Yellow Rose Organic was formed to provide 100% grass-fed beef to the Fargo area in the local Hornbacher Stores. We also grow organic potatoes for fresh market. They are washed and bagged by Hugh's Gardens in Halstad, MN. We are embarking on pasturing hens this summer for eggs and working towards processing about 100 chickens for meat.
