Yellow dock (Rumex crispus)
For centuries, herbalists have been prescribing the roots of various genus of dock as a therapy for blood and liver ailments.
Yellow Dock works by clearing the blood, improving the flow of bile, improving the function of the liver, kidneys, lymph glands, and intestines. Yellow dock's high iron amount makes it efficacious remedy for correcting anemia as well as skin problems that are caused by liver congestion such as eczema and psoriasis.
