I have some ideas that will balance the budget default on who is at fault for the debt crisis and save a lot of tax payers mony on Medicaid and Medicare.Here is one of the most briliant one:

Let the farmers convert their farms and gardens into make shift clinics and hospitals where PHARM products like  carrots and greens will replace the expensive PHARMACEUTICAL priducts like drugs .
