What a spring. Our main challenge seemed to be where do we put all this water? With the 4th wettest spring in our rearview mirror and the days of cutting channels in the garlic beds to let water run out are officially over the garlic is looking good. It has started to bulb up and we are looking forward to a busy July of picking. Our Softnecks will be ready first (usually about July 1st). Hardnecks we will begin picking mid July.
We will be attending a few garlic festivals this year as well as our local Markets and sales from home base. We also welcome family visits (in season). Feel free to contact us for any additional information.
On the Non Garlic side of the farm we continue to add new products and will have a large selection of summer vegetables this year.
As always we produce all products with sustainable organic practices.
