WE ARE EXCITED!

EXCITING NEWS! Well for Larry and I - we will begin work on our next high tunnel by the end of the month! Just in time for the fall season. More greens! Yay! As I have stated before - it is amazing what Larry and i get excited about - lol!

Broccoli is currently in the "plug" house and will be transplanted this week. Lettuce has been plugged as well - it will be about two weeks before it will be transplanted. It is exciting to see the greens starting! Butternut is looking very nice and there will be a few available on the table this week on the table - it is not on the wish list - HOWEVER - please let me know if you would like one.

All HEIRLOOM FARMERS MARKET will have the Chile festival on the weekend of September 13-15 Our own REDS ROASTERS will be roasting HATCH Chile - please mark your calendars!

As a reminder - PLEASE - plan on picking up your shares or pre-orders before 10:00 am. As many of you know we do not have much left after that hour and we begin to load up and leave. (especially UDALL PARK). Oro Valley and Rincon have also been running out earlier than usual as well. Besides we want you to get your veggies as fresh as possible!

The fruits of the summer have added a nice to change to regular list of veggies. After all we all need a little added sweetness in our lives.
