Theology and Seeding

Wow! Today has been an exhausting day! I seeded about ten varieties of Heirloom Tomatoes, onions, cabbage and cauliflower. The seed room is beginning to look full. Nonetheless, with a little organization, more will fit. I have the coldframe ready, but it is too early to use it. I may have to build another rack in the seed room. This will accommodate more of the seedlings. I already measured and there is enough room for one the same size as the first one. It would be interesting to see however, if another small greenhouse outside would hold the heat this time of year. The light would be better and maybe the plants would do better. I guess I will take one day at a time to see how it goes. The plants in the seed room look great right now. I am just nervous about room.

Tomorrow is another day and almost a carbon copy of today. I have about ten different things to seed. It is really exciting to see all of this happening. I can't wait to start putting it all into the field. Tonight, I teach a theology class at the church. We are going from cover to cover through the Bible. The class is in 2 Kings tonight, so it should be interesting. Before I got into the produce business, I was a Director of Christian Education in the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. I miss teaching, but I LOVE what I am doing now. The Thursday night class keeps me on my toes. There are about 12 participants in the class including my mom and my wife. So, its now time to get going, so have a good evening and I will be back tomorrow!
