Hello everyone! We are so excited to have pressed our olives for 2012 and they are being certified as I write this. Our certifications come from the California Olive Oil Council which is the only regulatory agency in California. Their standards for free fatty acids far exceed the ones in other countries making any oils certified by them as having more antioxidants!
