A Local Rabbitry

Products are still waiting to be approved, but shameless plug, I just had the most delicious rabbit thighs for dinner last night!

I marinated them in Cesar Salad Dressing for 40min, and then threw them on the grill.  Absolutely finger licking dinner and the perfect combination with local sweet corn on the grill.  

For those of you nervous about trying rabbit for the first time, the flavor is very similar to the juiciest, most flavorful chicken you've ever had.
