The Farmers Market at Fairfield Hills

"Newtown's very own" since 2003
(Newtown, Connecticut)

The coming year..........

2013 marks our 11th year, we have come a long way from the back field at St John's church in Sandy Hook, We started with 3 booths and me as the coffee girl (Sandy Hook had not yet have it's own coffee house)

my, how time flies...... "And we are forever grateful for St John's for helping us launch!"

We have hosted many guests in the past decade, including some now national and regional brands like, Gilbert's gourmet, Superseedz and Waldingfields "The farmers Bloody mary"  to name a few.....

Farmers markets are a great way to bring your food ideas to the masses and test market your "culinary brilliance!". It's an important connection you can make to really understand how your ideas can grow.

There is no better way to connect to the earth around you, show your kids how the food we eat gets started and how local and natural choices are the lifetime ones we need to make everyday!

Come weekly, or just come by to say hi.

Welcome, Mary Fellows, Market Master.
