Enjoy the bounty of summer at our Farmers' Market each Saturday from 10:00AM-2:00PM from Saturday, June 22nd through October 19th. No market on July 20th and September 7th. Live music weekly.

CT Grown produce, fresh bread, pastries and some specialty foods. Food and Nutrition Demos almost every Saturday with $15 certificate to spend on produce. Senior coupons, SNAP/EBT, credit and debit cards accepted. WIC, Senior and SNAP matching program available. Information on these programs available on market days - look for the tent. Danbury has a large immigrant population and lots of lower income folks who live downtown and do not have transportation. This market seems to caters to these folks in what way the can and do a great service in bringing healthy food to the a small city.


Many of the local farmers try to do organic farming and we need to support that! I appreciate all their efforts to protect the earth and to provide healthier food for us.... [more]
