Bayfield, Wisconsin
Family Farm

Happy Hollow Creamery is a small farmstead cheese operation located in beautiful northern Wisconsin, just a few miles from the shores of Lake Superior. We are producers of artisanal sheep cheeses made by hand in small batches. We are happy to announce that beginning in 2018 we will also be taking over the production of the Sassy Nanny line of goat cheeses that many already enjoy. Products available locally at Washburn IGA, Bayfield Wine and Spirits, Chequamegon Coop in Ashland, and various retail outlets and farmers markets including Bayfield and Duluth during the summer season. Products are also available through Lake Superior CSA, an initiative of Bayfield Foods. For more information visit www.lakesuperiorcsa.com Cheese is available as part of the The Whole Diet Full PLUS Share. If you are interested in discussing an farm or cheese production internship or employment, please contact us by phone or email.
