Holeman & Finch Public House is just that, a public house. The arrangement of the tables and the seating in the establishment encourages conversation and communion - a sense that this is a community gathering. The menu is set up the same way. A meal here might be one or two items for one person or several items served up to share with companions or your neighbor seated at the bar.

There are items on the menu that have been there since day one, and will remain there; because sometimes, you want to go to a place and taste the familiar - it's comforting. There is room on the menu for playful exploration as well. In an effort to return to classic techniques that provide the restaurant's pantry with house-made, house-cured and house-preserved items, made with seasonal ingredients, we have discovered ways to deliver traditional offerings that seem modern and new.

Our menu is a tip of the hat to the historic recipes that pubs, bistros and yes, Southern kitchens have served for hundreds of years and at the same time, points to what it tastes like to live and eat well in Atlanta, Georgia right now. The hope is that you will enjoy food here that is hearty and comfortable but also things that perhaps you have never tried or even heard of before. It is exciting for us to cook for you, serve you, pour wine and pints and craft cocktails for you.

Holeman & Finch is a collaboration among partners Linton and Gina Hopkins - Executive Chef and Director of Operations, respectively - Greg Best - who has received national recognition for his drink-smithing - Andy Minchow, and Regan Smith. It is also a collaboration with local farms, and we are proud to serve dishes made with food from the following producers: Ashland Farm, Blackberry Farm, Bobby Britt, Burge Plantation, Caw Caw Creek, Cimino Farm, Cook Family Farm, Crystal Organics, D&A Farm, Decimal Place Farm, Dillwood Farm, Flat Creek Lodge, Garmon Family Farms, Greenleaf Farms, Gum Creek Farms, Hammock Hallow, Indian Ridge Farm, Ivabelle Acres, Johnston Family Farm, Love is Love Farm, Moore's Farm, Mudcat Farm, Riverview Farms, Scharko Farms, Sequatchie Cove, Serenbe Farm, Split Cedar Farm, Strauss Farms, Sweetgrass Dairy, Sweetwater Farms, Truly Living Well Natural Urban Farms, and Woodland Gardens.
