Join us as we transform the family farm into a working demonstration farm. The goal is to create a sustainable, educational, and economically viable business to preserve the farm as open space within Fairfax County. Current and future plans include:
Our farm market is open and selling fresh produce, pastured eggs, grass-fed meats, honey, dairy, and other products from our farm and other local food & agriculture businesses. We also have a CSA running June-October, and school field trips spring-fall. In the fall, look for pick-your-own pumpkins, corn maze, wagon rides, and farm fun!
Spring 2018 and Beyond: Birthday parties, school tours, and educational workshops on composting, organic gardening, the benefits of grass-fed meats, nature hikes, mushroom growing, honeybees, etc. Bedding & vegetable plants, fruit & nut seedlings, gourmet mushrooms, honey, weddings on the farm, prepared foods, & more! Whitehall Farms is NOT a 'pick-your-own' farm.
