54 Main Bistro is an 1895 Victorian Cottage that sits on the banks of Deep River and overlooks the Historic George Earl Dam.
At the Bistro we have no walk in cooler or Freezer, our Weekly Changing Menu is made fresh daily by Chef/ Owner Scot Hinkel from Local & Organic Produce and Beef that is Certified Organic Grain Fed and Pork that is Pasture raised naturally.
