The eggs are from heritage breed chickens who freely roam the Okanogan Highlands on certified organic lands. The bread is organic, delicious, naturally-leavened and hand-formed. The goat and sheeps milk cheeses are USDA certified from 2 farms. They make chevre, feta and aged cheeses. 8th Street Greens' salads are a blend of 30 types of leaves, all colors and flavors. We include herbed salad, spinach, bok choy, sugar snap peas, raspberries, onions, garlic, nectarines, basil, carrots, broccoli, corn, potatoes, apples, pumpkins...... and so much more!
