CSA: Acorn Hill Farms Produce, LLC

For our farm, the CSA program provides a reliable variety of fresh fruits and vegetables to customers that are happy knowing that what they are eating is freshly picked within 2-3 days of being delivered to them. Subscribers benefit by eating healthy, farm-fresh produce. You have a direct link to the land and to the farmers who grow your food!

In addition to the fresh vegetables, members enjoy beautiful blueberries, grapes, blackberries and peaches to name a few. Reputable local growers using minimal amounts of pesticides provide this service so our members can enjoy more seasonable fruit. Growing certain fruits on a large scale requires sustainable methods.

The content of the farm bag varies from week to week and provides ample produce for a household of four for a regular size bag and a small bag is perfect for an individual or two people. A typical box during Summer could include 7-9 items in a Regular Bag and half the quantity of those same items in a Small Bag.

Once a month, the farm bag will update subscribers with field notes, box content notes, recipes, event announcements, and payment notices. See more information at www.acornhillfarms.net.
