Against the Grain Ranch Co

We offer and annual Grass fed Beef Co-op each fall where we release custom shares of beef for sale with both cuts and all-ground options. We operate our co-op program without the use of growth hormones, vaccines, or antibiotics. The cows are truly grass-fed. They are not grain fed or grain-finished. We keep just enough cattle on each pasture to be sustained by the grasses during the growing season and bring in hay in the winter. We use as little chemical intervention as possible and the cattle thrive, exhibiting optimal health and growth on their natural diet.
