Bio-Way is a Certified Organic farm that evolves on permaculture design priciples. We have a mix of cultivated fields with asparagus and row crops, hardwood forests, a developing forest garden and perrennial polyculture gardens. We have recently begun shiitake production as well as developing an apiary.
