We are a sustainable market garden operator interested in education, cooking demonstration, and furthering the art of cooking. We have a pick your own options at the farm along with an education component in cooking demonstration and tasting what can be derived from farm fresh vegetables. We also supply restaurants, and other food service operations with heirloom vegetables. Lastly, we consult on food and beverage operations in design, menu creation, and recovery projects. Lastly, we plan on bringing a great many school children to our farm to help them understand where food comes from, and make healthy decisions in eating.
