Elderberry Herb Farm is a small family run herb farm in Sharon Springs, NY, owned and operated by Julie and David Herzog.
Every product is thoughtfully made by hand with care, using a blend of organically grown, non-GMO herbs raised without chemicals on our farm and botanicals sourced from trusted organic partners.
Our offerings include herbal pillows, sachets, catnip toys, botanical mineral salts, and natural perfumes. Elderberries and elderflowers are offered in-season.
With our new on-site commercial kitchen nearly ready, our herbal teas, mulling spices, seasonings, and meat and fish rubs will soon return, adding flavor and vibrance to everyday moments.
