Newburgh Arts, Crafts & Farmers Market

Farmers Market
To celebrate Newburgh’s “Last Saturday” events, and promote the revitalization of the Lower Broadway-area, Safe Harbors is pleased to announce that they will be holding a series of Arts, Crafts & Farmers Markets throughout the growing season. On Saturday September 27 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., fresh local produce, handmade arts & crafts, antiques, food, face-painting and music will be in abundance in the Ann Street municipal parking lot, located behind the historic Ritz Theater and The Cornerstone Building on Lower Broadway. Space is currently available to local vendors, including anyone who creates handmade goods or crafts, and those involved in the growing and production of local agricultural products. These markets will bring fresh, local food and art to Downtown Newburgh, helping to fill a glaring need in our community. They will also provide a great opportunity for Newburgh residents to come together and rediscover our historic downtown district. The remaining 2008 market dates are: September 27 October 25 In case of rain, markets will be held on the following Sundays at the same time.
