Ashcraft Beef

We are John and Kellie Ashcraft. We operate a small cattle operation in Ellis County Texas that offers high quality beef directly to the consumer. We have been in the beef business for 20 years and began offering our beef to the public in 2019. We produce Angus beef that is raised without antibiotics or added hormones. Our calves are grass and grain finished, the best of both worlds! We offer it in individual cuts and by the 1/4 or 1/2. All our beef is USDA inspected and vacuum sealed.
