Dexters are a heritage breed that were involved in a test taste, which included 70 judges, and received 3rd place over Angus, Shorthorn and other breeds. The top three received 50% of the votes. They are the world's naturally smallest cattle. The grain of the meat is thinner which makes it a more tender beef than your larger breeds. This is simply the best beef you will ever eat. Our steers receive no growth hormones, antibiotics or steroids.
