A MEAT CSA available year round, with biweekly deliveries of USDA processed and vacuum packed beef, and whole chicken. Whole Share Members also receive a Turkey, Thanksgiving week. All beef and poultry are All-Natural, Pastured, and raised without hormones, steroids, or antibiotics.
Each delivery will be an a variety of beef cuts and poultry, consisting of 10-12 lbs of beef (high end retail cuts, as well as ground beef &roasts) and 2 whole chickens. With a weeks' notice, substitutions may be made (given availability) to accommodate specific menu preferences. Share members also receive a discount on bulk meat purchases for BBQ's, Cookouts, and other special meals. Occasionally, Quail, Catfish fillets, freshly ground whole grain flours, and freshly baked whole grain breads will also be available for purchase at pick up.
