Our mission is to produce the highest quality of raw honey in the beautiful Texas Hill Country and raise healthy, strong bee colonies. We never use antibiotics, pesticides, acids, or oils in our hives or around our apiary. The honey is unheated (unpasteurized), unfiltered, and unadulterated. It has all the nutritional benefits of raw honey with local pollen and tastes amazing.
