I will be growing many of the basic vegetables, but will also try some new and unusual varieties. For each vegetable family I grow there will be several varieties of type, color and size. Many of the plants will be organic and heirloom varieties which are known for their excellent taste and vibrant colors. Some of the vegetables I will grow are: Arugula, beets, Bok choi, broccoli, cabbage, cantaloupes, carrots, cauliflower, Chinese cabbage, cucumbers, egg plant, garlic, green beans, kale, lettuce, bulb and green onions, sugar, snap, and shell peas, sweet and hot peppers, potatoes, pumpkin, radish, salad mix, spinach, summer and winter squash, Swiss chard, tomatoes, turnips, apples, pears, and herbs, such as: Basil, mint, Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, Dill, and Fennel.

Your seasonal full-share subscription gives you about 22 totes of fresh produce that holds enough vegetables for about a 4 person family. You will pick up your food in a supplied tote, then on all following weeks you will bring back your empty bag and pick up a full one.
