We are a purebred Berkshire pork operation in existence to provide the highest quality pork products for our families. The Berkshire Breed is a heritage breed of swine that originated in England. Known for their exquisite taste, Berkshire pork is used by top chefs from around the world, dubbed the "waygu of pork." We offer fresh cuts of pork year round for our customers and also sell whole and half hogs starting in 2022. Back Roads Farm also has the capacity to support speciality meat shops, restaurants, and other wholesale accounts.
