The VegBox shares include traditional vegetables such as tomatoes, carrots, peppers, squash, beets, eggplants, as well as gourmet / specialty vegetables (broccoli raab, cardoon, dandelion greens, black radishes, leeks, radicchio, salsify, swiss chard, etc) plus herbs. Availability changes through the season.
