We do Beef, pork, veal, lamb, goat, buffalo, ostrich and emu. We are organic certified through GOA. We do naturally hickory smoking, all natural sausages, custom recipes, custom labels. We are Animal Welfare Approved adn 3rd party audited for humane handling and processing.
